HAZEL LAW, P.A. was established in 2012 by Robin F. Hazel, Esq. after spending years practicing law in both the public and private sectors.  HAZEL LAW, P.A. concentrates on appeals and litigation support, which includes the research and preparation of dispositive motions and assistance during trial.  Robin Hazel provides each client with professional counseling and personalized service.

By the time a case gets to the appellate level, the parties are usually both physically and financially exhausted.  As an appellate attorney, Robin Hazel understands this dynamic.  Ms. Hazel reviews and examines the ruling of the lower court (or tribunal) and the entire proceeding in that court with fresh eyes to identity the potential appellate issues.  This thorough review of the case and trial includes an analysis of applicable legal principles and is done to give clients an honest and unbiased assessment of their case and an appellate strategy.
